If you're a certified trainer, you can earn 80% of every session through arieslift. We handle scheduling, payments, payouts, and the marketing funnel — you focus on coaching.

Engineering & operations

We're hiring across product, infra, and customer success. Roles are remote-first (US/EU timezones), with a quarterly meetup.

  • Senior backend engineer (Python / FastAPI)

    Remote — US/EU

    Own the booking + payments pipeline. SQLAlchemy, RabbitMQ, Stripe Connect, Cal.com. You'll be defining what 'production-ready' means for v2.

  • Senior product designer

    Remote — US/EU

    Take the marketplace from MVP to category-defining. Strong systems thinking, comfortable with motion + interaction.

  • Trainer success lead

    NYC / Remote

    Onboard new trainers, run their first 30 days, and feed back what we should change. Customer-facing role with real product input.
