How do sessions happen?

Sessions are live, 1-on-1 video calls in the AriesLift app. Chat, files, and progress notes stay connected to your account between sessions.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Many AriesLift trainers work with bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, or whatever equipment you already have, then scale your plan from there.

Can I switch trainers if the fit is off?

Yes. You can compare and book a different trainer at any time — most offer a short intro call so you can talk through goals before you buy a package.
