Who can use arieslift

You must be at least 18 years old to create an arieslift account. Trainers must additionally meet our verification requirements, which include providing proof of relevant training credentials.

Bookings and cancellations

• Bookings made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge. Pack credits are restored.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged per the policy shown at booking. Support can waive in case of emergency.
• If a trainer cancels (any window), the trainee is fully credited.
• No-shows: a trainee no-show consumes the booked session per the posted policy. A trainer no-show automatically credits the trainee and the trainer is reviewed by Trust & Safety.

Sessions and the video room

Sessions are conducted in our in-app video room. Recording without the consent of all parties is prohibited. Behavior that violates our Acceptable Use policy (harassment, discrimination, sexual content, etc.) results in immediate account suspension.

Payments

• Trainees pay arieslift, arieslift pays trainers via our connected payments processor.
• Trainers set their own rates. arieslift charges a flat platform fee disclosed at signup.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Session packs expire 30 days after purchase. Unused sessions forfeit unless extended by support for a documented reason.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the session page. Our team reviews disputes within 2 business days. Decisions are final unless new evidence is presented.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. arieslift may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; outstanding session credits are refunded except where the violation involves fraud.
